Youth leaders, would you like to focus on your students while at camp without the distraction of planning the entire event? By joining one of our camps, you get to spend your time with your students while we take care of providing the speaker, worship band, activities, games, set-up, tear-down, etc.
Group registration is a way for you to register all of your students for one of our camps with one form. It allows you to hold spots at a camp without commitments from specific students and makes check-in and sign-out much easier and faster for you.
PLANNING INFO FOR YOU
HOW TO BRING A GROUP TO CAMP:
Step 1: Look over the terms and conditions and read through the frequently asked questions to find out if joining one of camps would be right for you.
Step 2: Register and pay your deposit.
Step 3: Sign up your campers. See below for health form information.
Step 4: Submit your roster at least 2 weeks prior to camp.
Step 5: Check-in at camp. Use the planning info links to prepare for arrival.
Step 6: Enjoy your week!
Step 7: Sign-out your campers. One representative will sign out your entire group.
