The Tab
The Tabernacle, affectionately called The Tab, is equipped with a large projector, a full sound system with a mixing console, stage lighting and WiFi. With seating for up to 324 people the Tab is perfect for large groups.
There is a break-out room located behind the stage called the Cedar Room that can accommodate seating for up to 35, as well as a smaller room with a self-serve coffee/tea service, a sink, and a microwave.
Seats 100 | Projector & Audio
harmony SpringS Chapel
Harmony Chapel is available for groups staying at Harmony Springs only. There is seating for up to 100, a small stage, sound system, a ceiling-mounted LCD projector, and projection screen. The chapel also has a piano located at the front of the meeting room.
There is no WIFI in Harmony Springs
Seats 40 | Portable projector & Audio
Mt. Olympus
The Mt Olympus room is located in the Olympic Inn and can be used for groups of up to 40. A portable sound system is available, as well as a portable LCD projector. There is no screen, but a white wall is used for projection. There is also a white board on the wall.
This room goes with the group staying in Olympic Inn, but can be used by other groups if no one is staying in the Olympic Inn.

Black Hills Center
The Black Hills Center is great for medium to large-sized groups. There is seating for up to 140 in the main room, which is equipped with a stage, sound system, whiteboard, WiFi, and a ceiling-mounted projector.
There is a self-serve coffee service in the Black Hills Center, as well as restrooms and a small classroom that can seat up to 20.
An amphitheater and a playground are located just outside the building.

Conference Center
Room 201 has seating for up to 100, sound system, a wall mounted 70" TV, and white boards. There is a drink station and counter along one wall with a sink, self-serve coffee/tea service, and a microwave.
Room 202 is located next door and is set up as a lounge space with a sectional couch, several chairs and space to relax!
Rooms 201 and 202 are upstairs meets rooms and are adjoining. There will never be more than one group in the Conference Center at a time.
SEATS 60 or 80 | MOUNTED TV, AUDIO, & WHITE BOARD
Gym Meeting Rooms
The Gymnasium has 3 meeting rooms available. All the meeting rooms are double-insulated to reduce sound from the gym making a disturbance in the meeting rooms.
Room 101 is a game room and hang-out space with a foosball table, carpet ball table, couches, and space for your group to gather together after meetings.
Room 201 seats up to 60, can have a portable sound system, and is equipped with a wall-mounted 70" TV. There is also a small sink in the room. Public restrooms are located in the foyer of the gymnasium.
Room 202 seats up to 80, can have a portable sound system and is equipped with a wall-mounted 70" TV. There is a small sink, and a self-serve coffee/tea service is available in this room as well. Public restrooms are located in the foyer of the gymnasium.
Seats 25 | Portable projector & Audio
Mt. Adams
The Mt Adams room is located at the Shunem House. It has seating for up to 25, a portable sound system and portable LCD projector are available. There is a projection screen and white board available as well. This room goes with groups staying in the Shunem House, but is available for other groups if no one is staying in the house.
